Morning Runner Back In The Studio
After 18 months of intense gigging, support slots and festival appearances, the 'Wilderness Is Paradise Now' campaign finally came to an end last month with a fantastic homecoming gig in Reading followed by a headline show at Manifest in Mexico. The boys have now gone back into the studio to start work on the next album. We'd all like to say a massive thanks to everyone for your support so far! There'll be studio updates over the coming months so keep checking back for more information.

Morning Runner Play Guilfest Main Stage Today
As most of you will already know, Morning Runner are playing the main stage at the Guilfest festival today (Friday 14th July). The boys will be on stage at 5:55pm. Have a great time everyone that's going. If you haven't got a ticket then turn on your radio as live recordings from the festival will be broadcast on Radio 2 from 9:00pm on tomorrow (Saturday) evening. This will include an exclusive interview with Morning Runner and an acoustic track from Matt.
'Oceans' the new single from Morning Runner will be released in August.

Morning Runner's Record Of The Week On Radio 1
It’s been a good start for Morning Runners new single 'Oceans'. Radio 1's Colin and Edith have made 'Oceans' their 'CD Burner' and are therefore playing it everyday this week. This is great news, but we need your help AGAIN! What we need you to do is to get onto Colin & Edith’s website and vote for the track as 'brilliant' so they play it more! Morning Runner Open Isle Of Wight Festival
Well summer has arrived at last and it looks like it's going to be a good one for Morning Runner. At 5pm last night Ali, Fields, Matt & Tom walked out on stage at the Isle Of Wight Festival and opened the first major music party of the summer. There set went down a storm. The Prodigy, Placebo, Goldfrapp and The Rakes were also on the bill.

Morning Runner's 'Burning Benches' Now In The Shops
Well it's been a busy few weeks, the Morning Runner boys have been playing sold out shows all over the country, Burning Benches has been record of the week 3 times on Radio 1, Matt and Fields played a cracking Radio 2 live session on Saturday, we got to see the band play live on CD:UK, and lets not forget what will soon be known as that infamous Popworld interview!
What's also been great is the ever increasing number of people signing up on the message board and mailing list. A big welcome to all those of you who are new to Morning Runner!
As you will know already Burning Benches was released on Monday and hopefully the extensive radio play, TV coverage, in-store sessions and the current non stop tour will help get the boys their highest chart position yet. They can't do it without us! Remember you don't just get Burning Benches, you also get 'Them Folk' which has already become a crowd favourite at the gigs.
Thanks again to everyone for all your support, we know some of you have been clocking up some serious mileage on this tour yourselves, it doesn't go unnoticed and it is very much appreciated.

With all the recent radio play and the massive sold out UK tour, lets try and make 'Burning Benches' a Top 40!
